Highly beneficial levels of the Alpha Linolenic Acid, Omega-3 EFA. Contains very significant levels of the Omega-6 EFA Linoleic Acid and contains Omega-9 Oleic Acid. Canola oil is safe and rich in vitamin E, vitamin K, and has measurable levels of phytosterols such as stigmasterol, campesterol and beta-sitosterol.
