Price and Payment
All prices are as advertised on the Canidae website in New Zealand dollars. All prices include GST unless otherwise stated.

Sales will be invoiced and accounts are strictly to be paid for in full before delivery is dispatched.

Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Direct Credit or Cheque. As all items are sent once payment has been received, dispatch times can be longer for Direct Credit and Cheque payments.

Please note that we reserve the right to alter the prices at any time for any reason.

Orders are couriered Monday – Friday at 2pm. Any orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following day, except for Fridays where they will be dispatched the following Monday. We will endeavor to have your order to you within 48 hours of dispatch, not including weekends. If you are in a rural location we cannot provide you with an estimated delivery time, but your order should be to your rural contractor within 48hours.

Courier charges are different for different size products and parts of the country. They range between $4.50-$12.00/bag; online ordering courier charges are automatically calculated. When making an order over the phone our friendly team will let you know what your courier charge will be.

We offer a “make you happy guarantee”, if you are unhappy with any of our products we can offer you an exchange or full refund.

Once your returned product has been received, we will either dispatch your replacement product or arrange for a refund to be issued. Refunds will be issued within 7 days of the product being received and will be issued in the original for of payment.

Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
